CW611XXH series horizontal lathe

CW611XXH series lathe can perform to turn end-faces, cylindrical surfaces and internal holes of various parts as well as metric, inch, module and pitch threads. The top slides can be operated individually by poer for cutting short taper surface also, can be turned automatically through ther compound movement combining longitudinal feed with the top slide feed, moreover, the machines may be used for drilling, boring and trepanning, they are characteristics of power, high spindle speed, high rigidity. The various ferrous and non-ferrous metals parts may be turned through the heavy cutting by carbon alloytools.

The main transmission is driven by the A.C. motor with 30KW, the spindle speed is in the range of 3.15-315rpm with 21 step manual adjustment.

Feed transmission is driven by leadscrew and rod which are connected with main transmission, so that the feed is to be connected with spindle speed, and indicated by the feed gainst per rotation of the spindle. So the selection of the feed is convenient and exact.
